Quick Action

The FBI reopened its background investigation of Brett Kavanaugh, but now the White House and Senate Republicans are attempting to drastically limit the people who can be interviewed. We’ve compiled a list of key witnesses and individuals the FBI must be free to interview. Tell your Senators: let the FBI do its job!

THE ISSUE

The agreement to allow the FBI to reopen its background investigation into Brett Kavanaugh called for a limited investigation into current allegations before the committee, lasting no longer than one week. Reports are now surfacing that the White House and Republicans on the committee are attempting to drastically limit the witnesses the FBI is permitted to reach out to, even those that fall clearly within those parameters. We have compiled a list of the most critical individuals who have either been identified in recent testimony or have important corroborating information.  Call your Senators today (numbers for Collins and King are below) or use this tool from Herd on the Hill to send them a hand delivered letter to their DC office, demanding that they protect the integrity of the FBI’s investigation and remove all roadblocks to the people listed below.
